Farm Fresh Cow's Milk
Here at DUKE ORGANYX our cows are more like our pets. We ensure that they are fed green pastures right at the farm where fodder is grown without any synthetic fertilizers and pesticides. Our cows have access to green fodder and clean drinking water at their own will and convenience thereby keeping them healthy and stress-free which avoids any medications, harmones or Antibiotics Fresh milk from DUKE ORGANYX is therefore free from Antibiotics, synthetic Harmones like Bovine Growth Harmone(rBGH) that increases milk production and also devoid of chemical residues and artificial additives and preservatives.
Our cows also have access to a variety of herbs and medicinal plants grown on the farm.
The milk this obtained is milked twice daily by milking machines, packed and delivered fresh, hence avoiding human touch and contamination of any form.
Fresh raw milk from DUKE ORGANYX is milked and packed into glass bottles thereby avoiding plastic (a known carcinogen) and moreover retaining all the nutrients of the milk.
Fresh milk from DUKE ORGANYX with a fat level of 5% indicate higher levels of beneficial nutrients such as Omega 3-fatty acids and Conjugated Linoleic acid(CLA) compared to conventional milk and also more disease fighting Antioxidants and Nutritional minerals.
Organic Eggs
At DUKE ORGANYX EGGS are sourced from native Indian hens that have hatched and have been growing on DUKE FARMS. These hens are free range roaming freely on the lush pastures of DUKE FARMS unlike commercially raised hens kept in cages. They interact with other livestock and are given individual attention especially by SJK to whom they are part of family.
They are on a varied and natural diet resulting in high quality Protein, Vitamins A, E, D, Beta carotene and minerals with 6times more Omega-3 fatty acids than regular eggs. The highly nutritious diet of these hens result in eggs that provide beneficial nutrients including Choline, Lutein, and Zeaxanthin which support brain and eye health.
This high nutrient profile is reflected in the vibrant yolk color and a hard shell. Although they are smaller than commercial eggs, EGGS from DUKE ORGANYX are more nutrient dense.
They are free from Antibiotics and Growth Harmonies which make them a necessary dietary inclusion for growing children in whom obesity, antibiotic resistance, impaired eyesight, etc have become rampant due commercial eggs and meat with high traces of harmones and antibiotics.
